Black Bears All-Time Roster – Catchers and 1B

Check out some of the most impactful backstops and first basemen in Black Bears history!

Braxton Miller (2010-2011): A true workhorse who exemplified the spirit of early Black Bear squads, receiving All-WCL recognition both seasons and starting in the 2011 WCL All-Star Game.

Konnor Armijo (2012-2013): A two-time Black Bear, he continued the tradition of leadership behind the plate on the Black Bears’ first playoff team.

Aaron Parker (2022): An impactful teammate and clutch hitter in big moments. A UC Santa Barbara product and Blue Jays 6th round pick.

Lorin Archibald (2015-2016): A Black Bears career marked by consistency and run production. He is tied for the single-season record for games played, and #3 for RBI.

Jordan Fox (2010): A UC Irvine product was the lead-off hitter on the inaugural Black Bear team, with single season marks in BA and 3B that remain top 10 all time.
